Beirut - 2017年 2月 23日
The renowned 127-year-old diamond house, Mouawad, has opened a glittering new boutique on Foch Street, Beirut, Lebanon, marking the latest addition to Mouawad boutiques around the world.
Located in the heart of the Lebanese capital, the new boutique enjoys a strategic position in the city’s luxury shopping area, at the corner of Fosh and Waygand streets. As a new-generation boutique, it offers an uplifted approach to the brand, as envisioned by the company’s co-guardians, Fred, Alain, and Pascal Mouawad, since they took over the family business in 2010.
Commenting on the new boutique opening, Co-Guardian Pascal Mouawad said: “Our new Beirut boutique aims to capture and epitomize the very essence of the brand, starting from the innovative displays and décor to the highest levels of quality and service. After all, Lebanon is where the Mouawad legacy began, and we believe that patrons to our boutique will enjoy a unique shopping experience.”
An Astonishing Diamond Classics Collection
Celebrating this dazzling occasion, members of the press were invited to enjoy a heart-warming ambiance at the opening brunch, with a chance to view exceptional Mouawad jewelry up close, and relish the stunning Diamond Classics collection available at the boutique. Ranging from timeless diamond and gemstone jewelry, to exquisitely designed engagement rings and wedding bands, Mouawad’s Diamond Classics collection brings every woman’s dream of unsurpassed elegance to life with stunning splendor. Using only jewels of the finest quality to maximize brilliance, the 18-karat white gold jewelry is artistically worked to give value to the central diamonds and colored stones.
Mouawad’s ‘Hand in Hand’ Initiative Launched in Lebanon
Also present at the opening ceremony were representatives of the Children’s Cancer Center of Lebanon (CCCL), commemorating the recent collaboration between the Center and Mouawad through the ‘Hand in Hand’ initiative. Organized under the philanthropic mission of the Robert Mouawad Foundation, Mouawad’s global ‘Hand in Hand’ initiative sees each purchase of a custom designed bracelet making a precious difference in an underprivileged child’s life. Part proceeds of each bracelet are donated to the CCCL, a regional center pioneering in the treatment of children with cancer: at no cost to their parents.
Highlighting the brand’s commitment to making a lasting contribution to the communities where it operates, Pascal Mouawad said: “We are pleased to have this initiative launched in Lebanon. The bracelets designed for the ‘Hand in Hand’ initiative are made with the intention of taking action on behalf of children in need, while highlighting the spirit of goodwill. We are more than honored to offer assistance and comfort to those who need it.”
Featuring a contemporary unisex design, the bracelets are crafted with 18-karat rose gold and leather, and are presently available for sale at the Mouawad boutique in Beirut. Mouawad invites you to visit the new Lebanon boutique and share in the creation of a lasting positive future for all with the ‘Hand in Hand’ initiative.
