Write clear and persuasive copy for ads, brochures, manuals, television and radio spots, and all other forms of advertising and sales materials. Coordinate with the Design and Web team to oversee the creation of such advertising and sales materials in terms of layout and content.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Arabic with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion and commitment to creative content writing
Solid understanding of copywriting, SEO, CRM, and email marketing
Experience in Digital Marketing
Ideally with a degree in Mass Communication /Marketing or Journalism/Translation and Languages
Job Responsibilities:
Write clear and persuasive copy for ads, brochures, manuals, television and radio spots, and all other forms of advertising and sales materials.

Write editorials, press releases, personal interviews, and customized speeches for new product launches and events.

Create and maintain the content of the company’s website and blog using SEO principles to maximize the copy’s reach.
Conceptualize social media strategies and manages their execution while providing captions, taglines, hashtags, and photo content that adhere to the relevant marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with designers, PR, and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (such as email campaigns and landing pages).
Read and analyse the technical information relating to each new product and any existing products for presentation in the catalogue and on the internet. Observe the product in use, examine it and use it when possible to gain understanding.
Research competitors and keep abreast of market trends.
Work closely with the Marketing team to establish the brand’s tone of voice and appropriate writing styles.
Create and maintain the company’s copywriting guidelines to ensure that all content created is consistent and adheres to the company’s standards.
Develop and maintain a library of current reference materials.
Revise, edit, and proofread all the company’s written material to avoid spelling and grammar mistakes as well as errors in meaning.
Review copy using a checklist, while considering copyright laws such as registered and trademarked symbols, country of origin, and material construction.
Conduct high-quality research and participate in sourcing images and other content as required.
Adjust all product descriptions and other copy to meet the needs of customers, marketing, and management.
Assist team leader, other copywriters, and other departments as needed. Perform various clerical duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the smooth opening of the boutique, by being accountable for handling the keys, the alarm code, and POS
Prepare the boutique for welcoming customers: checking the showcases, displays, monitor cleanliness and tidiness of the showroom at all times, and assure the inventory count and control upon every beginning of the shift
Reconcile the previous night sales reports
Check the log book /communication book on any pending issue to follow up on
Check the cash and previous day sales / handling the Monthly petty cash of the showroom
Checking and answering the outlook mails for any requirement, after getting the SS approval
Greeting and welcoming customers according to Mouawad language manual
Attending the customers and provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
Portraying an immaculate grooming and appearance look
Presenting Jewellery using Mouawad standards (wearing white gloves, using trays, displaying 4 pieces maximum, etc…)
Always being well aware of price before communicating it to customers, by first checking the label
Handling and conduct professionally the price negotiation of the customer, following Mouawad Discount Policy
Upselling and cross-selling at any upcoming opportunity and promote other Mouawad branches
Closing the deal by, receiving the payment, having it checked by two team members, packing the piece in Mouawad box, Wrap it when necessary, place the Mouawad certificate inside the box along with the laboratory certificate if available, Prepare the AX invoice and fill the CRM application form, thank customer for buying from Mouawad
Preparing daily sales and cash reports to management
Following the showroom manager instruction /Shift Supervisor, related to cash deposit, money exchange, bank deposit, Gold Souks visits for jewellery repairs, etc.
Maintaining the safe room and showroom displays according to the 5s methodology
Responding to any management project when assigned (attending events and exhibitions)
At the end of the day, remove Jewellery from the showcase, place it in the safe, lock the room, code and arm the alarm, close the showroom
Maintaining and developing great relationships with customers
Gathering market and customer information by engaging with customers and recording interests
Recording sales and orders information, present it to showroom manager by phone or mail
Meeting the monthly sales target as communicated by showroom manager
Supporting team members during the sale, (providing trays, CCM, Calculator or any sales tools) and keeping an eye on the jewelry in hand
Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues
Ordering through TMS system for any customer serious inquiry
Receiving repairs from customers using the service receipt write the repair clearly on service receipt and then on repair log book follow the repair time lines and call customer for collection

Duties and Responsibilities:
Admin/HR /IT
Prepare weekly meetings agenda, visit agenda drafts, take minutes of meetings, coordinate with various departments to gather information & prepare consolidated report/presentation whenever required.
Maintain and file all legal issues documentation/ communications. File internal memos related to operations & follow up the execution of management new decisions/ polices.
Draft official letters and provide translation (Arabic/English) for any legal document needed by management.
Manage TW projects for KSA boutiques and track the tasks execution.
Merchandising
Liaise with merchandising department for any assigned goods-carrying missions; supervise flight/ hotel booking arrangements.
Liaise with KSA merchandising manager and KSA boutiques managers on VVIPs special orders – follow up the execution to assure smooth delivery of these orders.
Marketing and Retail
Coordinate with marketing department on various marketing activities; follow up with boutiques to insure the receipt of any marketing materials and report to Country Operations Manager all boutiques needs weekly basis.
Assist the operations manager in conducting boutiques visits and customer enchantment audits; to create tasks on TW for the CE audits findings and list all points of improvement.
Contact local suppliers for any print/ production job required in KSA (e.g. window stickers).
Coordinate with SMS service providers on the execution of planned SMS campaigns in KSA.
Assist KSA Country Manager on work preparations related to marketing collaborations/ activities taking place inside KSA.
Handle all logistical tasks related to Mouawad special events (e.g. Tower-stands, transportation, catering, staff travels, packing materials, security, etc.).
Keep track of VVIPs customers’ lists, review the SalesForce to assure that all VVIPs customers’ data are updated.
Review SalesForce data-entry, dashboards and comments made by boutiques’ teams and assure it is updated.
Monitor special activities related to VVIPs (e.g. Ramadan Gifts delivery, etc.).
Maintenance
Maintain and update TW on weekly basis for all maintenance/ snags tasks related to KSA boutiques and Head office building.
Contact local contractors/vendors and get quotations related to required jobs.
Liaise with merchandising department for any shipments related to boutiques fittings/ stands.
Liaise with Finance department for local contractors/ vendors payments processing.
